• Managed team of developers responsible for creating and maintaining one of the first online trading sites, as well a mobile version of the site and several international versions in different languages.
• Developed 'Express' version of site, which improved performance over the original site by 60%, and the wireless site by 30%, and improved original site performance by 50%.
• Developed application to automate daily DLJ and CSFB Research updates by converting Word and PDF documents to XML, reducing development time by over 300%, and facilitating full-text searching and re-purposing of content.
• Received dozens of awards including: #1 Online Brokerage for Performance (by Keynote.com), #1 Online Brokerage (by American Association of Individual Investors), #1 Online Brokerage (by Barron's), and a Codie Award for Best Online Brokerage Service.
